Scott Mead is licensed in Hawaii as both a General Contractor and an Attorney. He focused on real estate and property law in law school and afterwards became a Prosecutor to obtain litigation and negotiation experience. After 4 years as a prosecutor, he resigned to begin his a career in real estate. Fortunately, it was recommended that he join Corcoran Pacific by fellow agent, Donna Duryea, who exclaims they are by far the best firm in Hawaii.
Scott love architecture, construction, and all things real estate. His construction and legal experience gives him a wealth of real estate knowledge to draw from as he continues to grow his Real Estate career. As a builder, he has managed the construction of dozens of new homes and many more remodels. As a lawyer, h has negotiated hundreds of settlements and plea deals.
Originally from San Francisco California, Scott followed a girl to the Big Island after high school and attended UH Hilo and then UH Manoa Law. He has lived here for 15 years and enjoys building furniture and playing with his darling three-year old girl, Lily.
